Outlier invites fluent English speakers to help train AI models from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. You will conduct live conversations, rate outputs for naturalness and clarity, compare AI-generated media, and write concise explanations in English describing your observations.

The freelance role offers flexible hours and remote work, with payment up to USD 18 per hour for core project tasks and potential performance incentives depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• High attention to detail with the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed and why a rating was given.
