Job summary

Bridgit is seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design experience across one or more product streams. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and ship high-quality product experiences, including AI-powered features that surface insights and take action for construction users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience in a web-based SaaS environment
• A compelling portfolio showing end-to-end design ownership from research to shipped UI
• Proven experience with AI-powered products and related design challenges
• Fluency with complex, data-dense products and the ability to simplify workflows
• A systems thinker who considers ripple effects across flows and edge cases
• A collaborative, low-ego approach with openness to critique and iteration
• Strong communication skills to explain design rationale to engineers, PMs and leadership
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for your product stream from problem framing to UI execution and post-launch iteration
• Design AI-powered experiences including conversational interfaces and AI-generated insights
• Translate complex workflows and data-heavy domains into clear, intuitive interfaces
• Lead discovery and research activities such as interviews and usability tests
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape direction and roadmap, iterating on feasibility
• Build and contribute to a shared design system for consistency and speed
• Use data and analytics to validate design decisions and measure impact
• Become a deep Bridgit expert on data, workflows, and user mental models
