Job summary

Bridgit Inc. is seeking a Product Designer to own the design experience across product streams, collaborating with product managers and engineers to conceive and ship high-quality experiences. You will help shape Bridgit’s future and how AI surfaces insights for construction users.

You’ll lead discovery, craft AI-powered interfaces, and build a scalable design system while ensuring data-informed decisions and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience in a web-based SaaS environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership from research to shipped UI.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features and handling design challenges around AI.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for your product stream from problem framing to UI execution.
• Design AI-powered experiences including conversational interfaces and AI-generated insights.
• Translate complex, data-heavy workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces.
• Lead discovery and research activities to understand how construction professionals think and work.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape direction and roadmap decisions.
• Build and contribute to a shared design system to ensure visual consistency.
• Use data and analytics to validate design decisions and measure impact.
