ChatFeatured is hiring a hands-on marketing leader to build the growth engine for an AI-native analytics platform. You will own the budget, prove channels, sharpen the messaging, turn customer success into market proof, and build the team around what works.

This founding-level role reports to the CEO, with a real budget and meaningful equity. Remote work is supported across the US and Canada, with Toronto/GTA preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketing leader with growth from an early stage.
• Analytical and budget-minded, able to own performance decisions.
• Technical fluency across CRM, CMS, analytics, ad platforms, automation, and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing engine and build the function from the ground up.
• Lead campaigns end-to-end: audience, messaging, channels, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Own the budget, testing plan, and the path to predictable demand and revenue.
