Qualifications

• Licensed lawyer with 4+ years of substantive practice.
• Proven ability to identify and improve legal workflows.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and product managers.
• Strong written communication and independent work style.
• Nice to have: experience with commercial contracts or legaltech.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered legal products alongside engineers and product managers.
• Translate legal judgement into systems: rules, workflows, and escalation points for AI agents.
• Teach our agents what good looks like with examples and test cases.
• Evaluate and improve agent performance across real-world scenarios.
• Prototype new legal capabilities and shape future product directions.
