Job summary

iA Financial Group (Industrial Alliance) in Quebec is seeking a Business Analyst to transform business needs into automated, AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with business partners, run discovery and requirements workshops, and map processes to identify optimization opportunities in automation and AI.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies, support Azure DevOps planning, and help realize benefits while improving delivery practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum five years of experience in life insurance or related technology delivery role.
Intermediate English and advanced French proficiency.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners to understand challenges, needs, and objectives.
Facilitate discovery, analysis, and requirements-definition workshops with stakeholders.
Map and analyze current processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Translate business needs into prioritized requirements and contribute to solution design.
Support delivery planning and alignment between needs and deliverables in Azure DevOps.
Participate in user acceptance testing and adoption of solutions.
Contribute to benefit realization and continuous improvement of delivery practices.
