Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling within a growing FP&A team. You will build Power BI dashboards, automate reporting, and provide data-driven insights to guide growth and profitability.

You will partner with leaders across Retail Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and eCommerce to improve reporting and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or FP&A Analyst.
• Strong FP&A background with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, financial management, and cash-flow forecasting.
• Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel.
• Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• CP A, CA, CGA, CMA, or FP&A designation strongly preferred.
• Experience driving process improvement, standardisation, and automation initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve reporting, forecasting, or operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
• Ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience developing strategies and recommendations to drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for the business unit.
• Develop cash-flow planning and performance analysis.
• Build and automate Power BI reports for leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across Retail Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and eCommerce.
• Translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations.
