Sophos is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to join our North America channel marketing team. You’ll partner with Channel Sales and stakeholders across the U.S. and Canada to plan and execute partner programs that drive pipeline and protect customers from evolving threats.

This is an individual contributor role, focused on turning strategy into action, delivering measurable results, and owning partner programs with cross‑functional influence and ownership of budgets and MDF.

Responsibilities

• Own partner marketing outcomes for a focused portfolio in North America to drive pipeline and growth.
• Plan and execute high-impact partner demand generation and go-to-market programs.
• Collaborate with channel sales, partner managers, field marketing, and product teams to deliver joint plans and maximize ROI.
