Job summary

Pigment is seeking a hybrid Success Advisory professional to partner with strategic clients, shaping multidimensional models and advising CFOs on AI-enhanced planning. You’ll blend technical design with executive-facing communication.

You will help standardize AI-assisted workflows, audit workspaces, and collaborate with Product & R&D to drive platform value. Join a fast-growing, global SaaS team spanning major cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Architecture, consulting, or analytics advisory.
• Ease and credibility with clients, from platform admins to C-suite.
• A builder’s curiosity about AI — you've used AI tools to work smarter and want to push how far that goes in an advisory context.
• Track record leading several parallel projects across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to our most strategic clients on technical topics, from performance best practices to Pigment's multidimensionality concepts
• Partner with Customer Success to build strategies aligned to each client's roadmap and challenges
• Run workspace audits — and help industrialize them with AI-assisted tooling so we deliver deeper insight, faster
• Build and enrich our Success Plan offering, including repeatable, AI-augmented delivery modules that raise the bar on quality
• Collaborate with Product & R&D to surface opportunities for platform enhancement
