Job summary

Coforge seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive platform roadmap execution across AI initiatives, coordinating with Product, Engineering, QA, SRE, Data, and Operations. You will manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting to ensure timely, measurable business impact.

You will lead cross‑functional teams through delivery planning, release readiness, and post‑launch assessment, partnering with executives to accelerate decision‑making and improve delivery predictability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or related roles in a software environment.
• Experience leading complex cross‑functional software, platform, AI, or enterprise technology programs without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, release management, QA validation, and post‑launch measurement.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI platform roadmap into clear execution plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional program efforts across Product, Engineering, QA, SRE, Data, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Sales, and partners.
• Own integrated delivery plans, track milestones, critical paths, risks, and launch criteria.
• Own launch readiness for major platform releases and post‑launch reviews to measure adoption and impact.
• Define and track program metrics, dashboards, and executive updates.
