Outlier is seeking English-speaking contributors to help train AI models by evaluating live conversations, images, and videos. You will rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity while providing concise explanations in English. This freelance role offers remote, flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, keen attention to detail, and the ability to discuss realistic scenarios confidently. Independent work with no AI-assisted writing is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail, patience to replay or zoom in when necessary.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing observations and reasoning.
