Job summary

Outlier is seeking English-speaking contributors to train AI models through live conversations and by evaluating AI-generated imagery and video content. You will rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity, and provide concise, evidence-based explanations in English.

This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours and project-based payment in USD. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, exceptional attention to detail, and comfort discussing realistic situations in a conversational

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make clear decisions when two options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear they sound.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and evaluate adherence to prompts.
Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion or text/audio mismatches.
Provide written explanations in English detailing observations.
