About us: Hudson Labs is AI for institutional equity research. We deliver industry-leading accuracy and reliability driven by proprietary AI research. Our clients include asset managers with $1T in AUM and some of the world’s largest law firms and insurers. We were founded in 2019 by AI researcher & author, Suhas Pai, and financial NLP scientist, Kris Bennatti. Role:This is a high-impact sales/business development role for someone with a passion for investing and AI. Applicants must be conversant in the language of investing and capital markets.

Requirements:

  • **Undergraduate degree in finance (or related field)**
  • Passionate & knowledgeable about investing and capital markets
  • Highly ambitious and self-motivated
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly

NOTE: If you think a 10-K is a road race, this job is not for you.

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with key institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, banks, insurers)
  • Conduct cold and warm outreach via phone, email, social media, and other channels to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations (in-person or virtual) that clearly articulate the value proposition of our offerings
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product leads. Provide feedback from prospects/customers to inform product development or marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities within the institutional segment
  • $70-80K base + commission at 15% of institutional sales + equity
  • Varied, interesting and high-impact work in artificial intelligence
  • Flexibility + autonomy
