WHAT'S THE JOB?

Duties

We are looking to add a passionate Sales Support Specialist to our team! This is a remote role, open to candidates across Canada. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop growth strategies and plans
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings using company software
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Increase client base and develop external sales channels
  • Promote business image via social media, B2B, and other marketing platforms
  • Track sales progress and develop monthly sales targets
  • Manage sales and client care
  • Examine risks and potentials for business opportunities
  • Generate quotes for clients
  • Run monthly sales reporting and provide summaries to senior management

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Must have at least 10 years of experience in a Business Development role
  • Experience in the janitorial and hospitality business. Knowledge of housekeeping, commercial cleaning, and customer service are required.
  • Knowledge of the janitorial and hospitality business is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and lead the team efficiently. Good decision-making skills are essential.
  • Outstanding time management skills, strong computer literacy, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
