Job summary

Buyerlink, Inc. is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to govern and optimize our AI call center and IVR product in Victoria, BC. This in-person role combines hands-on AI work with governance, reporting, and automation infrastructure.

You'll design A/B tests, document decisions, build dashboards, and support cross-functional teams as AI scales across the business. Strong data skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools.
• Ability to pull and interpret data for actionable insights.
• Structured, methodical testing and problem-solving approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain tech to non-tech.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Genuine interest in AI's impact on business.

Responsibilities

• Own governance of AI IVR and AI call center product — monitoring performance, configurations, and day-to-day operations.
• Design and execute A/B tests on the AI IVR to improve flows, outcomes, and customer experience.
• Implement changes to the AI IVR and document decisions, results, and recommendations clearly.
• Build reports, dashboards, and automations to give AdOps better visibility into performance and reduce manual work.
• Act as a hands-on resource across other AI-related projects, providing data analysis and implementation support.
