Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Conversational AI Specialist to lead discovery and development of AI experiences at the Virtual Connect contact centre. You will collaborate with technology, analytics, design, risk and business leaders to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions that power Natural Language IVR and related interfaces.

The role requires a strong background in Conversational AI, contact center operations, and experience with CCaaS platforms such as Amazon

Qualifications

Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in conversational AI gained through education and business experience.
Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.

Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth.

Data driven decision making - In-depth.
Available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and development of Conversational AI experiences for BMO Virtual Connect.
Partner with technology, analytics, design, risk and business leaders to deliver scalable AI experiences.
Design and implement strategies for operational goals and performance tracking.
Provide guidance on technology requirements and roadmap for AI initiatives.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and outcomes.
Support production, enhancements, and upgrades of AI products and CCaaS solutions.
