Genesys is seeking an AI and Experience Orchestration Director to lead our native AI and Experience Orchestration portfolio. You will bring innovative AI solutions to core account teams and clients, shaping AI use cases and guiding discussions with senior stakeholders.

You will influence deal strategy, partner with account executives, and drive field execution across the AI portfolio while serving as a trusted subject matter expert guiding proposals and materials.

Qualifications

Strong subject matter expertise in AI-powered customer experience.
Experience in sales overlay or specialist roles.
10 to 12 years of experience in software, cloud, or AI related roles.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate advanced expertise in AI and lead discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
Engage with senior and C-level leaders and orchestrate opportunities across teams.
Influence deal strategy, partnering with account executives for pipeline and forecasting.
Drive field execution of programs across the Genesys AI portfolio.
