Motion is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts, to own a select book of the company’s largest DTC brands and agencies. You will align creative strategy with business goals, guiding adoption of Motion and Runneth across complex orgs.

You’ll build deep relationships, drive retention and expansion, and shape how AI-powered insights inform client success. The role requires senior-level conversations with marketing leaders and a passion for turning data into strategic

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in performance marketing or customer success at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience managing strategic, enterprise, or high‑value accounts
• Strong ability to communicate with senior marketing leaders (VPs, CMOs, agency principals)

Aufgaben

• Own the outcome for Motion's most strategic customers across renewals, health, and growth in partnership with Sales.
• Design onboarding delivering a repeatable creative testing process across teams and brands.
• Build detailed account plans mapping stakeholders, goals, and whitespace to inform strategy.
• Identify gaps in clients' creative strategies and partner to fix them through education and better use of Motion and Runneth.
• Manage multi-thread relationships across teams (creative, media, product) to drive durable change and adoption.
• Lead executive business reviews that tie Motion's impact to key marketing metrics and future partnership opportunities.
