Sia is seeking a dynamic Management Consultant – Business Analyst to support clients through business, technology, and AI-enabled transformation. The role involves structured problem-solving, documenting requirements, and facilitating workshops to translate needs into actionable outcomes.

The candidate will analyze current processes, map future-state designs, and engage both business and technical teams to drive transformation initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology or equivalent education plus experience.
• 5-10 years experience as Business Analyst or PM/Scrum Master on IT projects.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies is an asset.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and SCRUM/AGILE certifications are assets.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
• Collaborative and receptive to feedback.
• Business Analyst Certification and Change Management Certification are assets

Aufgaben

• Apply management consulting skills including problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Partner with clients to understand objectives, challenges, needs, and transformation goals.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate processes.
• Create and analyze current-state and future-state process maps, identify gaps and impacts.
• Document rules, information needs, and functional requirements using BA techniques.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses and support feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses.
• Research gaps and deploy practical business and technology solutions.
• Develop BA deliverables: BRDs, functional specs, traceability, process docs, decision materials.
• Monitor process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Support change management including stakeholder engagement and training materials.
• Participate in testing: test planning, validation, execution support, UAT facilitation
