Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will join a delivery team with mentorship and a path to lead complex deployments, shipping real code with measurable business impact.

You will work on full-stack deployment, data pipelines, and agent intelligence, collaborating with customers and partners to drive adoption and outcomes in production environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including production systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required.
• Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; willing to add to the stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and real-world solutions deployed in production environments.
• Design agent intelligence: prompts, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
• Own end-to-end components from architecture to deployed, validated, and observable in production.
• Build data pipelines on Snowflake, Databricks, and other platforms; validate outputs.
• Maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting for deployments.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to share best practices and enablement.
