Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles, behaviour change, and performance consulting.
• Strong critical thinking, needs analysis, and problem-solving to identify capability gaps.
• Excellent communication skills to influence audiences at all levels.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Interest in future workforce trends and digital transformation.
• Experience in learning and development or sales enablement in financial services is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identifies strategy synergy between training, sales and marketing for future growth and digital footprint expansion.
• Leads exploration of emerging learning and enablement practices to support evolving sales audiences.
• Evaluates, pilots, and applies AI-enabled tools to improve learning effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Collects sales and marketing data to create robust summaries for the training team.
• Builds capability strategies aligned to future workforce and business priorities.
• Oversees audience learning journeys and career pathways with L&D managers.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to anticipate needs across businesses.
• Seeks client feedback to evolve services provided by the team.
• Manages concurrent, complex design projects end-to-end with clear communications.
• Fosters collaboration across teams and drives continuous improvement.
• Maps readiness roadmaps including change management across multiple businesses.
