Job summary

CIMA+ in Canada is seeking a Senior AI Enablement Professional who will own the strategy, roadmap, and measurement framework to accelerate responsible AI adoption across the firm. Working with the AI Development team, you will translate priorities into practical enablement programs for engineers, designers, managers, and executives.

You will lead a small team to design adoption campaigns, trainings, workshops, and communities of practice, ensuring alignment with business value and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in AI adoption, digital transformation, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing or developing teams.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, including applications, opportunities, risks.
• Experience translating AI capabilities into concrete use cases and new ways of working.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to bridge technology teams, business units, and organizational functions.
• Strong strategic and organizational skills, curiosity, sound judgment, and adaptability.
• Integrity, team spirit, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team dedicated to advancing AI enablement across the organization.
• Design and deliver adoption campaigns, training programs, communications, workshops, communities of practice, and super-user networks.
• Support a wide range of audiences (field engineers, designers, project managers, operational teams, corporate functions, executives).
• Ensure AI adoption is practical, measurable, and connected to business value; transform it into structured, measurable change.
