Job summary

Vendasta Technologies, Inc. in Saskatoon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will partner with People Partners, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to source, assess, and engage top talent for our SaaS platform. You will build a strong talent pipeline, ensure fair and inclusive hiring, perform due diligence, and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to build trust with stakeholders and candidates.
• Familiarity with SaaS industry roles is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full-cycle recruitment process in alignment with Vendasta's Hiring Framework.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and niche platforms.
• Maintain and grow a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Drive candidate equity and fairness in line with inclusive hiring principles.
• Conduct due diligence including references, background checks, and legal compliance checks.
• Represent Vendasta's value proposition to candidates by understanding our platform, culture, and mission.
• Attend career fairs and networking events to promote Vendasta.
