Job summary

Vendasta Technologies in Saskatoon is seeking an IT Administrator to support a cloud-native workforce and enable secure, scalable IT systems. You will leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve end-user experiences.

The role combines desktop, network, and systems administration with DevOps-inspired practices, on-call readiness, and knowledge-base development for ongoing self-resolution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on IT support or IT administration in a cloud-native environment.
• Strong experience with VPNs, network and desktop troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and various SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first responder for internal help desk tickets and resolve issues using AI-assisted methods.
• Use AI-generated knowledge bases and self-healing scripts to reduce ticket volume.
• Administer internal systems including VPNs, WiFi, softphones, and SaaS platforms.
• Automate repetitive IT workflows using scripting or low-code tools.
• Collaborate with security and people teams to maintain lifecycle processes.
