Job summary

GoodLeap is seeking a senior software engineer to lead the design and development of large-scale applications spanning frontend and backend. You’ll contribute across the stack, including modern Mobile UIs, React components, and high-performance services.

You will architect scalable, secure solutions for AI/ML-powered features, embed LLMs, and guide cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with full-stack, scalable apps.
• At least 2+ years working with AI/ML or LLMs.
• Experience with NodeJS, React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux or similar state management.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience in FinTech.
• Experience with Langfuse and Flutter.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of large-scale applications across frontend and backend components.
• Architect scalable, responsive, and secure solutions for AI/ML-powered features.
• Own end-to-end technical strategy for embedding LLMs, embedding stores, and content delivery.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, fostering growth and excellence.
• Communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align goals and progress.
• Drive cross-functional projects to improve reliability and performance of applications.
• Ensure security and data privacy compliance.
