Job summary

Techify Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to treat finance as a driver of business decisions, not just monthly reporting.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own the finance function end-to-end, shaping growth, profitability, cash flow, and operational performance in a fast-growing AI-forward MSP. You’ll lead automation and AI-led improvements, build dashboards, forecast accurately, and partner with leadership to scale responsibly.

Qualifications

CPA designation preferred (or actively working toward CPA).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
Experience leading the complete accounting cycle.
Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management experience.
Experience partnering directly with executive leadership.
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Experience in a growing small-to-mid-sized business.
Experience improving business processes through automation and AI is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Deliver accurate monthly financial statements within five business days of month-end.
Improve company profitability through insightful financial analysis.
Maintain healthy cash flow and forecasting accuracy.
Build reporting that helps leadership make faster, better decisions.
Improve operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.
Strengthen financial controls and business confidence.
Help Techify scale responsibly and sustainably.
