HEALWELL AI is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the global finance function. You will optimize close, consolidation, and reporting, partnering with leadership to improve finance operations and decision-making.

The role requires a strong accounting foundation, IFRS expertise, and hands-on experience with ERP systems and data automation. You will mentor the finance team in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting foundation with IFRS GAAP knowledge.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IFRS financial reporting and consolidation for a multi-entity group.
• Manage close processes, budgeting, forecasting, and dashboards using Power BI.
• Drive process improvements and optimize Netsuite COA and reporting.
