Job summary

Roboyo Group in Canada is seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Strategy Lead to shape and deliver advanced AI and automation engagements. You will lead discovery, workshops, and the AI/automation roadmap, aligning executive sponsors with a disciplined delivery plan.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across Automation Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, and business stakeholders, driving value, governance, and measurable outcomes in enterprise programs.

Qualifications

5-7 years of combined consulting and project / program management experience in large digital transformation, automation, or AI/ML programs.
Experience managing enterprise Financial Services engagements in a consulting or SI setting.
Ability to lead strategy and discovery, facilitate executive workshops, and build business cases.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and advisory engagements for Financial Services clients, framing business problems and shaping AI/automation roadmaps.
Design and run discovery via stakeholder interviews, current-state assessments, and opportunity sizing.
Plan and facilitate client workshops to move stakeholders from vision to an agreed plan.
Translate strategy into governed delivery with PMO structure, governance, and integrated program plans across multiple workstreams.
Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change control; communicate with senior leadership.
