Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience repairing agricultural equipment or related machinery
• Strong knowledge of engines, electrical systems, hydraulics and powertrain components
• Ability to use diagnostic software and electronic service tools
• Proactive problem-solving and strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with John Deere or competitive products is a plus
• Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, repair and maintain equipment across product lines
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and document service activities
• Maintain knowledge of John Deere and other supported equipment
• Collaborate with Service, Parts and other technicians to support customers
