Western Sales is a growing John Deere agricultural equipment dealer seeking a full-time Parts Specialist to join our team in West Central Saskatchewan. You will help customers locate the right parts, promote dealership specials, and support merchandising efforts across our six stores.

Role emphasizes customer service, professional image, and effective communication. Experience in parts sales, basic selling processes, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred; a valid driver’s license

Competenze

• Journeyman Parts Technician or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience connecting with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapport.
• Demonstrated basic understanding of the selling processes.
• Experience using standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet.
• Valid driver's license

Mansioni

• Serve customers at the parts counter by understanding their requirements and then efficiently locating the correct part to fill their needs.
• Suggest additional repair items to the customer that may be related to the repair in order to ensure the success of the repair.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandising displays.
• Actively promote all dealership specials and merchandising campaigns.
• Ensure customers always feel welcome and appreciated
