Job summary

Brandt is seeking an Outside Parts & Service Representative for our Red Deer Agriculture location. This role focuses on promoting and selling agricultural parts and service, and providing after-sales support to customers.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, visit accounts monthly, and drive territory growth through new promotions and programs. A Journeyman Red Seal in Parts or Service is a plus, with travel within assigned territories required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar role or in Parts/Service.
• Journeyman ticket/Red Seal in Parts or Service is an asset.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and satisfaction.
• Assist Parts & Service to increase profitability and performance.
• Regularly prospect and cold call new accounts.
• Implement yearly territory plan to maximize sales potential.
• Visit customers in Area of Responsibility at least monthly.
• Keep customers informed on new products and services.
• Develop prospective customers, aiming for growth each month.
• Follow up on unit and machine performance with customers.
• Maintain and utilize customer database with meetings, quotes, notes, and related docs.
• Collaborate with management to meet budget goals and expand the customer base.
• Gather competitive product and pricing information for management.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Follow up on customer concerns and communicate with Management.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and inventory.
