Richardson International Limited in Alberta invites new graduates to join its one-year Richardson Pioneer Agribusiness Assistants development program. ABAs will gain exposure to major areas within agribusiness and agronomy, helping identify their career path in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Grain Sales and Marketing, Crop Inputs, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Agriculture or Business degree or diploma program and interest in working in the agricultural industry.
• Interest in a career in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop Input Sales or Grain Marketing.
• Strong sense of initiative; excellent customer service; leadership; ability to work as a team; organized and detail oriented.
• A valid driver’s licence is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
