Job summary

Yorkville University is seeking a Technical Program Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and documentation for IT delivery. You will work with IT teams and business stakeholders to coordinate sprint and delivery activities, maintain the rolling roadmap, and strengthen documentation and processes that support consistent delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technology projects and delivery teams with Agile practices.
• Comfort with project/work management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, SharePoint).
• Ability to maintain runbooks, trackers, and knowledge bases with clear documentation.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, sprint planning, and delivery scheduling across IT initiatives.
• Maintain the rolling roadmap and ensure delivery information is accurate and current.
• Administer work items, iterations, dates, statuses, and timelines in Azure DevOps.
• Document decisions and actions; keep stakeholders informed of progress and blockers.
• Track vendor activities, support tickets, escalations, and follow up to keep commitments.
