Akkodis is currently searching for an Agile Coach to help both business and IT stakeholders learn, adopt, and persist in agile practices for the federal client.

Job Summary:

1. Development and coaching of Agile teams including those practicing Scrum and Kanban.
2. Provide guidance to teams on transitioning to and operating in agile delivery environments and resolving complex problems, thereby growing capability across the organization.
3. Provide integrated coaching and guidance to the Product Team and Pods leadership to cultivate high-performing agile teams.
4. Drive continuous improvement of Agile practices and processes, influence industry best practices, investigate and escalate delivery issues to support effective resolution and increase team performance.
5. Support business and technology ownership to ensure their ability and agile competencies to complete key activities for agile delivery, including roadmap and story map development, and how these activities translate to traditional approaches such as functional decomposition and architectural alignment.

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

• PSPC Level 1 Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.
• 10+ years practicing Agile, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• 5+ years as a coach/transformation advisor at an enterprise level, including coaching senior leaders.
• Must have an Advanced Agile Certification.
• Experience in facilitating agile training, including improving workflows, tools, artifacts, frameworks, and mindset.
• Experience in applying and executing agile frameworks to streamline software development processes.
• Experience advising on organizational change to support agile adoption and transformation, including systems, processes, and management practices.
• Functional understanding of government or financial industries.
• University degree in an IT or business-related discipline from a recognized university.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
• Experience with Azure DevOps is an asset.
