Job summary

Salesforce is looking for Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You will join a delivery team with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready solutions that go live from day one.

You will work across AI tooling, data pipelines, and platform architectures, delivering measurable business impact for enterprise customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with customer-facing technical delivery is required.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions in customer environments.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to deliver production-grade solutions.
• Own components end-to-end from architecture to deployment.
• Work with data platforms and model tooling.
