We are seeking a Customer Service Agent
to join our team at 21 TSI, a holding company operating direct-to-consumer e-commerce stores out of our office in Montreal, Canada. We own 4 successful brands (Maddle, Montreal Weights, Ascend & Nordik Recovery) and have fulfilled over 100 000 orders in Canada in the last 3 years alone. We are currently looking for bright talents to help fuel our growth and scale our brands (and our future ones) across North America and the rest of the world.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the
Customer Service Agent will play a key role in our company by assisting customers when they are facing issues with their gym equipment, cold plunge and paddleboards.
