We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee client accounts to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their evolving needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

• DEC or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

What we offer:

·Salary range: $45000 - $55000 annual base salary based on experience + commission

·30 - 35 hours per week with a reduced summer hour schedule

·WFH: Work from home; occasional onsite during training period

·All Canadian Statutory Holidays paid (not just Quebec)

·Paid days off between December 24 th and January 1 st
