Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc in the Greater Montreal area is seeking an Agency Support Agent (Brossard) to support Career Agencies with client service and administrative duties.

You will welcome clients and sales personnel in person and by phone, coordinate with the Career Support and Services Centre, and help onboard contracts, orient new advisors, and implement efficient administrative processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to understand needs of clients and the sales force
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude, strong motivation, and positive team spirit
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a changing environment
• Full professional proficiency in French (spoken and written)
• Advanced level of English due to regular interaction with English-speaking partners

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting clients and sales force in person and by phone with professional service
• Maintaining effective communication with the sales force and Career Support and Services Centre, directing requests to specialists
• Providing administrative and operational support to the sales force, including contract onboarding, orientation, integration, and offboarding of advisors
• Supporting the Agency Director with activity coordination, calendar management, meeting preparation, report compilation, and new administrative processes
• Contributing to agency operations by helping manage office facilities, mail, supplies, and documenting processes

What You Will Accomplish With Us

As an Agency Support Agent (Brossard), you will be at the heart of the Career Agency mission.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting clients and members of the sales force, both in person and by phone, while delivering professional and courteous service
• Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with the sales force and the Career Support and Services Centre, and directing requests to the appropriate specialists when needed
• Providing administrative and operational support to the sales force, including contract onboarding, orientation, integration, and offboarding of advisors
• Supporting the Agency Director with activity coordination, calendar management, meeting preparation, report compilation, and the implementation of new administrative processes
• Contributing positively to agency operations by helping manage office facilities, mail, office supplies, and documenting processes and procedures related to agency activities
