Responsibilities

• Define the vision and priorities for the SAEC Platform sector in line with strategic direction.
• Build, engage, and develop a high-performing, autonomous cross-functional team.
• Support talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Be accountable for delivery of initiatives and the evolution, stability, and security of NBO and HRIS assets.
• Define and drive technology roadmaps balancing priorities, capacity, risks, and costs.
• Enhance delivery practices to improve quality, velocity, and business value.
• Partner with business sectors and enterprise architecture to align priorities and strategy.

• Contribute to strategic planning, portfolio management, and governance activities by supporting decision-making through meaningful metrics;
• Integrate artificial intelligence into delivery activities and evolve delivery models toward AI-driven execution supported by intelligent automation;
• Experiment with "tiny teams" and other innovative approaches that enable small, autonomous, multidisciplinary teams to maximize their impact;
• Anticipate trends, challenge the status quo, and transform promising ideas into tangible results;

• Has an advanced level of proficiency in both French and English, as the incumbent will collaborate daily, both verbally and in writing, with English-speaking partners, teams, and stakeholders located across Canada and internationally;
