Airswift in Calgary is seeking a Recruiter to source, attract, and place skilled professionals across technical and engineering disciplines in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will work with sales teams, clients, and candidates to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions, build talent pipelines, and meet KPI targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with agency recruitment experience to grow within a global organization.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates across engineering, technical, industrial, construction, or related sectors.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess technical and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines within key industries and disciplines.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand client hiring needs.
• Ensure candidate records and recruitment activity are accurately maintained within CRM and ATS systems.
• Meet individual and team recruitment KPIs and performance metrics.
• Provide market intelligence relating to talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends.
