This hands-on leadership position requires supervising a unionized production team, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met while working from 3 PM to 11 PM. The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a relevant educational background. The role offers an annual salary of $70,000 plus benefits and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production staff in their daily activities.
