Job summary

Metro Supply Chain Group in Ontario is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator for the afternoon shift (3pm-11pm). You will carry out the shift's order fulfillment work plan, coordinate order allocation, replenishment, and the flow of inbound and outbound freight using WMS.

You will monitor the WMS queue, prioritize tasks, prepare required paperwork, and work with drivers to ensure on-time delivery. Minimum 2 years' WMS experience and strong attention to accuracy are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience using a Warehouse Management System.
• Experience coordinating inbound/outbound freight and order picking.
• Strong attention to accuracy and timelines in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order allocation and batch picking per shift plan.
• Monitor WMS queue and report delays to management.
• Prepare inbound/outbound transport paperwork and records.
• Oversee trailer movement, yard storage, and dock door numbers.
• Ensure rush orders meet delivery commitments.
