Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Quebec invites applications for an Afternoon shift Logistics Technician/Coordinator. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate transfers to external warehouses, and maintain accuracy in lots and orders while working with internal teams and our WMS.

You should have a DEC or Bachelor’s in Administration/Logistics/Operations, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and experience with SAP and Oracle.

Qualifications

• DEC or Bachelor’s in Administration, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with inventory management systems, SAP and Oracle is a strong asset.
• Fluent French and English; ability to collaborate with colleagues across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate transfers to external warehouses.
• Ensure transaction accuracy, lot allocation, and follow-up on uncollected orders.
• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for receiving, replenishment and shipping.
• Welcome drivers and collaborate with internal Agropur teams.
• Monitor overdue transactions and communicate with Transportation and Customer Service teams.
