Job summary

Portes et Fenêtres Verdun is seeking a part-time After-Sales Service Representative to join our Quebec team. You will respond to inquiries, open service files, and coordinate follow-ups with the After-Sales Service Coordinator.

Work is daytime, Monday to Friday, about 25 hours per week with full training provided and a welcoming, collaborative environment. On-site parking is available at our Terrebonne/Longueuil locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files.
• Proficient with computer tools (Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written; basic English for English-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and service requests.
• Open a service file with required information.
• Explain service procedures and provide courteous follow-up.
• Prepare files and necessary documentation.
• Complete administrative follow-ups requested by Coordinator.

Your Role

The After-Sales Service Representative provides high-quality customer service by responding to customer inquiries following the sale and installation of their doors and windows. The representative acts as the first point of contact for customers and works closely with the After-Sales Service Coordinator.

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and service requests
• Gather the information required to open a service file
• Listen to customer concerns and explain service proceduresProvide courteous and professional follow-up with customers
• Prepare files and the necessary documentation
• Complete administrative follow-ups requested by the Coordinator
