Portes et Fenêtres Verdun is a 100% Quebec-owned family business that designs, manufactures, sells, and installs doors and windows for our climate. Join a trusted team with an established customer base, comprehensive training, and a hybrid in-store/road sales role with base pay plus commissions.

You will guide customers, build relationships, prepare quotes, and travel to measure and close sales while delivering excellent follow-up through installation and service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of doors and windows or related industry is an asset.
• Knowledge of permits and renovation requirements in the Montreal area.
• Motivation to meet and exceed targets.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s licence; frequent travel.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers in selecting the right products (doors and windows).
• Build trusting relationships and recommend solutions tailored to their projects.
• Prepare quotes and ensure thorough follow-up on customer requests.
• Visit customers at home to assess their needs and take measurements.
• Negotiate and close sales professionally.
• Provide complete follow-up through installation to ensure customer satisfaction.

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Saturday

Your Main Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience and strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of doors and windows or a related industry is an asset
• Knowledge of permits and renovation requirements in the Montreal area
• Motivation to meet and exceed targets
• Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Valid driver’s licence (frequent travel required)
• Availability to work Saturdays during peak season on a rotating schedule
• Fluency in French and a good command of English to serve English-speaking customers is an asset
