Securitas Canada Limited is seeking a Scheduler for the Greater Toronto Area. This full-time temporary role covers a maternity leave from October 2026 to October 2027, with a 4:00 PM–12:00 AM schedule.
You will assign guards to posts, communicate with management and guards, and help maintain site coverage while controlling scheduling costs. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is expected.

As a Scheduler (Monday to Friday) for the Greater Toronto Area, you will be responsible for independently managing, establishing, maintaining, and reviewing work schedules. You would match available guards to posts, notify employees of schedules and changes and control costs through the implementation of effective scheduling strategies.
This position is for a full-time temporary vacancy effective October 2026-October 2027 to cover a maternity leave.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 4:00PM-12:00AM
Salary: $21.45/hr
