Job summary

Securitas Canada Limited is seeking professional and reliable Security Guards to support client sites across the Greater Toronto Area. Roles include full-time night shifts, part-time weekend nights, and casual opportunities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include access control, conducting wand searches, reporting incidents, and enforcing site policies while maintaining a visible security presence and delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence and First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• 3-4 years of security experience, preferably with high level security sites.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Strong observation and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete written reports accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be able to sit and stand in a quiet environment.
• Be able to meet the reliability clearances.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous security experience is an asset, but qualified candidates with a strong customer-service background are encouraged to apply for more experienced roles.
• Priority will be given to candidates with OPEN availability for days, afternoons, nights and weekend shifts and their own vehicle with a G licence.

Our Security Guards can work in a range of environments, and we are now looking for Security Guards to work in High Profile Data Centres across the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking for individuals for permanent full-time nights, part-time nights on the weekend or casual employment.

What You Will Do:

• Control access to the site and verify visitors, employees, contractors.
