This posting is for multiple vacancies across the Toronto, East York, North York, Etobicoke and Mississauga areas. We are holding walk in interviews on Monday Oct 5, 2026, from 10:00AM-2:00PM at our office: 235 Yorkland Blvd Suite 400 North York, ON M2J 4Y8. Candidates are required to bring updated hard copy of their resume, security guard licence and first aid and cpr certificate for validation. Candidates could be hired on the spot.

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence and First Aid and CPR Certificate

Ability to complete written reports accurately

Reliable attendance and punctuality
Previous security experience is an asset, but qualified candidates with a combination of strong customer-service and security backgrounds are encouraged to apply for more experienced roles.
Some positions will require applicants to hold a G class drivers licence due to the use of company vehicles on site.
Priority will be given to candidates with OPEN availability for days, afternoons, night and weekend shifts and their own vehicle with a G licence.

CCTV monitoring
Patrols and security reporting
Dispatch duties via radio communication accepting all radio calls.
Issue parking tickets for any infractions.
Responding to parking complaints and emergency situations.
Investigate and issue penalty notices to vehicles parked illegally within the client's area at Pearson Airport, including towing of vehicles interfering with traffic/ property access.
Direct and control traffic ensuring safety of client employees and visitors.
Provide support for special enforcement initiatives dealing with matters such as Accessible Parking, Fire Routes, etc.
Prepare detailed briefs of evidence and complete necessary documentation/processes required for court proceedings when necessary.
Foot patrols up to 30-45 minutes in length in and outside.
Trespasser deterrence and emergency response procedures
Dispatch duties, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services
Perimeter and CCTV surveillance of client property.
Gatehouse operations: Traffic control with inbound and outbound vehicles.
