Job summary

PAL Aerospace Ltd. in Vaughan, Ontario, is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation through completion, aligning with client expectations and organizational goals.

You will develop comprehensive project plans, manage schedules, resources and documentation, and serve as the main contact for stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in project coordination and management, with proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project management software tools.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.
• Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress throughout the project life cycle, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Support quotations and proposals including WBS.
