PAL Aerospace in Vaughan, ON is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver complex aerospace projects from initiation to completion. You will develop detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with project management tools (notably Microsoft Project), and a solid understanding of project life cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination and management within a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software tools.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.
• Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress throughout the project life cycle, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Support quotations and proposals including WBS.
